| Time of payment | You are charged when the purchase is completed. A subscription renews automatically, and you are charged upon each renewal, unless you cancel before the current period ends. On the App Store, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. |
| Time of delivery | The paid plan and fridge ticket pack are available immediately after payment is completed. Tickets granted by purchasing a fridge ticket pack do not expire (tickets granted monthly under a paid plan expire on the next grant date). | Returns and cancellation | Due to the nature of digital content, returns and cancellations after purchase for the user’s convenience are generally not accepted.
